Chad Decker
President/
Director of Aviation
Chad is responsible for the total company operation and directs the safe, efficient and effective use of company resources to deliver the highest quality service and safety. He is an ATP rated pilot and serves as Captain on both the Global and Challenger aircraft.

John Watts
Director of
Operations
John has been with the company since 1997 and is responsible for all day-to-day company operations as well as compliance with FAA and other regulations and requirements. John is an ATP rated Pilot, a Captain on the Global and the Challenger as well as a licensed A&P Technician.

Matt Pietrowski
Chief Pilot
Matt is responsible for the management of our Pilots and Cabin Attendants. In addition to coordinating the flight schedule, overseeing training requirements and safe operation of the company’s crews, he is a also Captain for the Global Express fleet.

Dave Tripodi
Director of Maintenance
Dave is responsible for the airworthiness of The Whitewind Company fleet of Part 91 and Part 135 aircraft. He has over 45 years of aviation experience and holds an A&P License with Inspection Authorization. Dave directs and manages aircraft maintenance operations and ensures compliance with FAA regulations.

Steve Chernik
Comptroller
Steve has been with the company since 1996, with over 25 years of private aviation experience. He has been an integral part in the success of Whitewind. Steve supervises all financial affairs and manages a staff of personnel responsible for daily office operations.

Joe Corrado
Lead Planner
Joe has over 20 years of private aviation experience and is a subject matter expert on all things related to safe dispatch of company aircraft. He currently oversees the Planning Department and is responsible for ensuring flight schedules are adhered to and all logistical support is seemlessly arranged.

Loredana Pietrini
Lead Flight Attendant
Loredana is responsible for Cabin Attendants inflight service and safety training and orchestrating all passenger needs. She leads by example with exceptional service and a continuous eye on cabin safety.

Brian Sutch
Director of Flight Standards
Brian has over 25 years experience in corporate aviation and flies regularly on the Global and Challenger 604. He is responsible for the standardization and training of all company pilots and is the primary company liaison with the FAA.

Mike Sundsted
Director of Safety
Mike’s primary responsibility is the implementation of The Whitewind Company Safety Program. He is a retired Air Force veteran with an extensive background in ground and flight safety at all command levels, to include a tour as Director of Safety for Air Force One. Mike has a wealth of experience in Bombardier, Gulfstream and Boeing aircraft and operates as Captain on the Global Express fleet.
